Users are responsible for names, addresses, item facts, photographs and all other information they submit. Both parties should review the complete agreement and correct errors before relying on it.
The agreement does not notify DVLA or DVA, change the registered keeper, prove legal ownership, calculate tax, arrange insurance or replace an official form. Follow current instructions from every responsible authority.
Do not disrupt, probe, overload or misuse the service, upload unlawful material or violate another person’s rights. Temporary interruptions can occur, so download and retain the PDF and other important records.
The service does not replace inspection, valuation, individual legal advice, licensed professional services or government procedures. General guides can become outdated as rules and agency practices change.
